Got this phone with a nice big screen as Apple iPhone but five times cheaper ($150 vs $750 for iphone). Facebook, Skype, Email, text messages, browsing the Internet and 4G Internet Connection are super fast. Wi-fi is really fast as well and phone never had any issues. I love this phone! Its the best phone I had. I even bought if for all my family members.

There are couple bad things of this Alcatel One Touch Fierce 7024W.
1), the color of the LCD screen is very inaccurate. The white color looks light-blue. And, the screen is hard to see outdoors.
2), both the rear/front cameras are fixed focus. It always takes blurry images for most the cases. For example, if you want to take a photo of a check, and then deposit it electronically by uploading the photo to your bank. Forget about this model.
3), the total internal memory is only 4GB. After the OS and Apps, it may only have 500MB for your own files. Well, if you only use it as a phone, doing text, emailing, online accounts, watch stream videos like YouTube, and use as GPS on Google Maps, it will be just fine. (however, if you want to store your own files like songs, images, movies, then you need plug in a micro-SD card and store them there. The phone's own left-over space is really too small.)
And the minor bad: no NFC, not removable battery (which implies when the battery goes bad in 2 years, the phone will go bad with it).
Other than above, it is a low-budget fast enough Quad-core 1.2GHz smartphone with 4G (HSPA+, around 6M download speed. It is not LTE), and very good to use everyday. It does not have any add-on and you will experience the very original Android v4.2.2. You can't expect to have everything great for this low budget phone, but it really gives you the high value for the price you paid.

In addition, with T-Mobile WiFi Calling feature built-in that, for example, if you are in foreign country, you can use WiFi Calling that can call or receive just as you were in States without any roaming fee. And, it also allows you do tethering that it can work as a hotspot to share its internet to other WiFi laptop or tablet.

let me start off by saying ive only had this thing for a day but if been using my brothers for about a week and its a very nice device it feels really solid in the hand it has a good amount of weight to it, and its very snappy through the homescreens and apps one thing you might want to get is a micro sd card as i found memory runs out fairly quickly with only 1.5gb of memory i liked the fact that i could also make it to where i could automatically download apps to my sd card. i have owned alot of devices over the past few years and this is one of my favorites ive owned iphones galaxys and this one touch fierce stands up there and surpasses them in many ways i am very impressed especially with it being so cheap

I got this phone for my mom since this was her first Android phone. It's nice in some ways and not in others. The resolution is ok, could be better. The loud speaker is not that loud. Hard to navigate when you are used to a Samsung, so when i was teaching her i had a lot of trial and error, not to mention that the 411 number at the beginning of the Contacts is not able to be erased, which I do in case I (or she) should press it by mistake, and in doing so we did press 411 twice - cost us $4 extra in our cell bill. It's an ok phone for a great price.

On the surface this 'smart' phone has everything you would imagine a smart phone would need. Unfortunately, theres a TON of problems going on under the hood. The touch screen is god awful. This often leads to dialing the wrong number. Do you plan to text with this phone? Plan on retyping your sentence over and over again until you get everything spelled right. The phone comes with a lackluster 5 mp phone. The geniuses that put it together did NOT add it with autofocus. So I dont care how many pixels the thing has, if its not focused, its going to look blurry.

Sometimes the phone would turn off out of nowhere and be near impossible to get back on unless you hold down the power button very firmly for over 5 seconds. My biggest peeve with this phone was a constant reoccurring problem were the phone resets itself. This is an issue that is completely unacceptable and an issue that happens at LEAST 10 times a day.

imagine yourself getting a phone call. Within moments of you answering and saying hello *reset*

imagine yourself cruising along the highway and checking down on the gps to see when your next exit is coming up *reset*

imagine yourself in such frustration that you wish you could just crack the damn thing in half *reset*

I hope you get the point.

Don't buy this phone.

Phone is excellent. SIM was not activated with a 30 day service as my ad promised the day I made the buy. After some effort, Zon refunded the $50 that was supposed to be the 30 day service included.
After all the aggravation, Zon did make good, so I am still in the camp. So, yeah, good phone.

The quad core processor gives it the speed to run the latest versions Netflix and XfinityTVGo neither of which my Samsung Galaxy Exhibit II could handle any more and I have not had any problems in the 8 months I have owned this phone. Though I really like the auto on and off feature, the included apps leave something to be desired including a very Spartan clock app and the music player does not handle wma files. Also, no bar code scanner is included and adding one does not enable scanning for other apps such as GroceryIQ or the new Walmart app receipt downloading feature. Last, it does not have a replaceable battery which would have been a deal killer for me if I had known that.

P.S. - Beware the T-Mobile pay by the day plan because you are charged for a day if you turn the phone on at all and you must buy a minimum of $10 at a time; that may be fine if you plan to leave the phone off altogether most of the time and do not care if you receive calls or texts. Unfortunately for me, the main reason I upgraded was to be able to watch Netflix in bed while connected to WiFi so I am stuck with pay by the minute and no data plan.
