If there was a way to give this product 0 stars i would have. After looking at the picture of this product online I thought it would be a perfect gift. Once receiving this product however i was very disappointed it was not what I was expecting at all. From the picture the handle looked like real bone... It was not. Where the handle and the welding met there was glue coming out the side. It was also not as heavy duty as what i was expecting for a 100 dollar tankard. When trying to send it back i have never had worse service. They told me that they do not refund due to taste. After sending emails back and forth i was finally able to get my money back after they talked to Amazon. They were very unprofessional and do not care about their customers happiness with their products at all!
