About the Author

Joseph Michael Levry, also known as Gurnam, is president of Rootlight, Inc., production director of the Akashic Times newsletter and author of several books. One of his publications includes a complete correspondence course on the practical application of the sacred science of Kabblaah and Kundalini yoga. He is also an industrial engineer, master Kabbalist and teacher of Kundalini yoga. In addition, he is the developer of Harmonyum, which is a transcendental healing system born out of the Kabbalah.

Since the age of 12, Gurnam has been trained in the esoteric arts and sciences and initiated into many spiritual orders, through which he learned the science of Kabbalah.

I have studied Kabbalah and various forms of yoga for many years now. As in the case of his other books, Gurunam has not only given the reader important concepts to consider, he has offered concrete steps to take toward fixing the problems and imbalances. It is my impression that Gurunam believes more in positive action than in continuous deliberation of a problem. The meditations have inspired much growth in me and in those who I have shared them with.

This book is a real gem - it has helped me in my life and provides practical solutions rather than vague concepts like many other books. The guidance given allowed me to heal myself and my relationships and to be concious. I highly recommend this book to everyone who is in or hoping to be in a love relationship.

Love this book! Bought it years ago and the clear and practical guide (as well as explanation) really helped to transform my life. It takes all of the guess work out of meditation. Levry does a wonderful job of teaching so that readers can not just learn and intellectualize, but practice and implement breath, meditation & conscious thought.
