I have had the Alen 350 Air Purifier in my office for a year and find it efficient and, at speed 2, unobtrusive. The BF15 HEPA filter installs easily. When I needed help turning off the "Replace Filter" warning light after having put in the new HEPA filter, the Alen Customer Service Rep responded via email immediately and courteously. (The solution was simple: I needed to push in the reset button a few seconds longer than I had done.)

This filter comes pretty quickly and does exactly what is promised. If you've got the proper air purifier, you have to get these somewhere.

On a side note, the Alen 350 has been a wonderful air purifier. If you've got it on auto fan speed, even a smelly burp or toot is enough to have it whir into action.
