Performs as advertised, but not exactly inexpensive,

The price is likely justified once the true cost of making this filter is understood and I suppose $45 per filter isn't all that expensive. On the other hand, it's far more expensive than the standard Alen HEPA filter.
So far, the room I placed this in smells very "fresh" and clean, with no hint of excessive ozone production (with my purifier's ionizer set to "on"). My combined rating for the filter AND the purifier is 5 stars; I just like to see the price on these filters come down a bit. |
