I purchased the Alera 3-ped mobile file and was very impressed that it came so quickly. 1 day! I later learned that Databazaar has a warehouse in a nearby city, hence the speedy delivery. Unfortunately, the product was damaged. All three drawers would not close, either because the frame was bent or the drawer fronts skewed. So, I began the process of making calls / emails to Databazaar to return the product. I called many times over several weeks. I was assigned an RMA number and repeatedly assured the package would be picked up. It never was. In some of my phone conversations with Databazaar customer service, they informed me that it had already been picked up - but the box never moved. It glared at me for many weeks where I put it for pick up at our office and no refund was posted. Eventually, having learned that the warehouse was about 20 miles away, I personally brought the package to the warehouse for return. Only then was I credited for the original purchase amount. I am reasonably confident that had I not lived close enough to personally deliver the return, it would still be sitting in my office. I would probably give the product more stars but the customer service deficiencies were too glaring. Consider yourself warned!

As regards the product, it seemed like a quality (for the price) cabinet and I would have liked for it to have arrived undamaged. I could have used it.
