I was looking for something to balance our Alessi Juicy Salif Citrus Squeezer on our kitchen counter and ended up with one of the best cheese graters ever! It is easy to hold and it can grate a large quantity of cheese very fast.

Just do not volunteer to do the dishes whenever it is used...

This is the best cheese grater ever made. Such a grand idea. So simple. Increase grating surface to increase efficiency--by an order of magnitude. I lusted after this kitchen tool for ages but only recently had enough disposable cash to justify spending $100 on a cheese grater. Worth every dollar. And you can use it to pose as a unicorn in between grating sessions. Bravo Richard Sapper once again!
