Everyone on my mother's side of the family (including me) seems to have a very high resistance to pain medication, so most things don't work unless taken in two or three times the recommended dosage. For years I took double doses of Tylenol for my headaches, but one day I felt a headache coming on while I was away from home without any pain meds with me. A friend gave me an Aleve, and that one tablet worked wonders! Within a very short time, my headache was gone. I've used Aleve ever since, and usually just one tablet does it - I only need to double the dose for very severe, persistent headaches. I'd definitely recommend this product as an excellent pain reliever. I've also found that it relaxes me and helps me sleep if taken before bed.
