We bought this bath toy for my 2 and 4 year old children and they love it. I've bought foam stickies for the tub before but never a set this adorable. It comes with tons of veggies and a water squirter of salt and has been the most played with bath toy I've purchased. It is somewhat educational in that my littlest is learning the names of veggies and I can ask her to add them to the pot in various orders. It also has made my children more enthusiastic about trying new veggies, because they've already made soup with them.
I wish the pieces were more durable. My son bit one and the bite marks appear to be permanent. Otherwise its a great toy and at such a low price will probably be my go-to birthday gift for little ones for now.

Both my 6 year old and 2 year old LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this toy! We have had it for over a year and it still looks great and they play with it every night in the tub. To clean it, I put the ladle and colandar in the dish washer and the veggies and salt shaker I just add a bit of bleach to water and let them soak for a few and give them a good rinse.

I am buying 2 more to give as gifts :-)

my 2yr old niece loves to play w/ the Alex Rub a Dub Tub Soup toy in bath+pool alike. Positives: robust, colorful, durable. Good toy to learn veggie names, colors, numbers and imaginary veg' soup cooking. Negative:veggies are only printed on 1 side- back side is image-less + blue foam only.
Contains: div.s veggies, green ladle, blue strainer/colander to hold+rinse all the veggies, 1 'salt' h20-squeegie. Contains NO pot/bowl. The 'salt' should have been a spice instead (eg. oregano) so kids are not encouraged to squeeze/shake copious amounts of 'salt' on their food ;-)

My 2 year old and 4 1/2 year old daughters both love to play with this toy. It sparks imagination in the tub and makes bath time more fun. The salt squirts, the vegetables float and the bowl is like a shower when you lift it out of the water. Comes with a spoon too to stir it up. Very fun in the tub.

I really like this bath toy. I think my 1 year old will really enjoy it. He loves to take things out of place and put them back. And, he loves foam pieces. I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 only because I suspect my son will leave many teeth marks in the foam pieces as he chews them. However, the product is adorable and should provide lasting bath time fun!!

I thought the idea of this toy is great and my daughter would like it since she loves to play at her "kitchen". Unfortunatelly, the only part she liked was the pot. It got many holes in the bottom and she likes to wach water coming in from the holes or coming out like shower. Anyway, I think the toy itself was well made and good quality.

My daughter received this as Christmas Gift and she loves it. She has tons of fun in the bath tub with it. The "pot" doesn't sink under water, but stay afloat while she is making her "tub soup." It is much bigger in person than it looks in the photo. It is a great size and everything is of GREAT quality. The "salt shaker" squirt out the water REALLY well. It is the best bath squirter we have seen. Both my three year and my almost two year old, love it. I highly recommend this toy for a fun addition to bath time, especially if the child you have in mind already loves to pretend to cook.

Toy was received really fast. Since this was a gift, I can only relay that this toy was "Super Liked" by the birthday boy. Both he and his brother are having lots of fun at bathtime!

It's hard to get my kids into the shower, however the tub is not a problem. Bought this for my 5 year old daughter and she can't wait to take a bath. They toy is really cute and while it seems like it should be a little cheaper, it is worth the money. I will buy this as a gift for small children under the age of 6/7.

My 2 year old loves to play with bath toys -- and she's obsessed with "salad/soup" so this one is perfect. She enjoys mixing up her concutions and then serving them to us. Not overly exciting of a toy, but you get what you get -- keeps her entertained while she's soaking off the dirt!
