4.0 out of 5 stars Fun toy for hand/eye coordination
This toy was good fun for throwing at the beach this summer. The colors are cute and the product has held up well.

3.0 out of 5 stars Good for older kids
I bought this for my 2 and 4 year old children and it has only gotten played with once. The reason? When the ball gets stuck on the mitt, it is REALLY hard to pull off. It frustrates younger kids. I would recommend this for kids 5 and up.

I was a little surprised by how hard the ball for this toy was. I did not give it to my nieces to play with. It seems like it would hurt if it someone's head.

I did not care much for this product. I bought them for my T-ball team and they destroyed them in the first day. The band at the back broke. Unfortunately, I bought 6 of them. I do have the tennis balls still.

Bought these for my son after reading several reviews that this type of product doesn't hold up well, but it is doing just fine. It is a good activity for us to pick up and play outside without any preparations.

I wanted to be sure to add my 2 cents since previous reviewers had certain issues. It is true that the ball is very hard to unstick from the mitts. However, as it gets played with more and broken in, it becomes easier to unstick. My 3 and 5 year old daughters have no problems after a few hours of use. It was an Easter present and yes, did get played with for hours today. My girls, especially the 3 year old, were thrilled that they could play catch and actually catch the ball due to the strength of the attachment between ball and Velcro mitt. Perfect!

Can't vouch for it's longevity just yet, but seems to be the perfect addition to our arsenal of outdoor toys. And at just over $10 I wouldn't really expect this to last forever.

I think the size/weight of the ball is perfect...pretty much a tennis ball. Any smaller and people would complain it's a dinky toy.

Soft moster hands makes it seem like they will bend out-of-shape soon, but it is better to have softer balls and catching toys for little ones.

I GOT THIS FOR MY 5 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND 6 YEAR OLD NEECE AND THEY LOVE IT. THE TENNIS BALL STICKS TO THE MITTENS VERY WELL. THE ONLY THING IS THAT I THOUGHT THEY WERE PLASTIC BUT THEY ARE NOT. THEY ARE A VERY STURDY CARDBOARD. THEY ARE GREAT JUST DONT LEAVE THEM OUTSIDE IN THE WEATHER.
