My 14-month-old daughter received these as a gift, and they've turned into her favorite bathtime toy...by far.

She loves scooping up the butterflies and snail, putting them in the net, taking them out, squeezing each one (there's a small hole in each for drainage, and my daughter loves squeezing the bug, releasing an arc of water). She even wants to play with this set when she's on dry land.

A great gift idea!

The larger handle and the chubby bugs make this a great item for little ones to grab ahold of. This was a christmas gift for my 15-month-old niece. She loved grabbing the bugs and putting them in the net. Good item ... great colors ... easy to play with.

Simple toys for the tub. They are durable and creative. Do be sure to drain out each "bug" to avoid mold inside of them. A bit steep in the price.

My son loves this. He's 20 months old - I don't let him play with this without supervision because he likes to chew on the bugs. He's always asking for them and loves that they squirt. He doesn't get the concept of using the net to catch them but he'll place the bugs directly into the net.

I bought this bath toy for my baby nephew, thinking the toy would be blue as indicated in the picture. The order didn't ask me for a color option either so naturally, I assumed the toy would be blue. Then today I saw Christmas photos of my nephew opening the bath toy and saw a PINK bath toy instead of the blue! I told his parents I'd have it replaced ASAP. So not sure how best to communicate to Amazon about this feedback since I can't seem to find a feedback form other than writing a public review. Until they fix the problem, keep in mind if you're thinking about buying this for a boy, you could end up with pink instead.

By the way, don't pay attention to my ratings since this review is purely to forewarn customers about the color. I hate that I'm forced to rate the product when I purchased the product as a gift. I'm sure the toy is great.

I like this toy for my toddler son. We work on concepts "in" and "out" with the bugs in the net while he is in the bath. One thing I will note is that the toy we got has a pink net and a lot of pink in it. (Different than the current picture.) We don't mind but I probably wouldn't feel comfortable giving it as a gift to a little boy who is not my own because some people would think it is a girl's toy with all the pink. He loves to squirt the buggies. For us, a 5-star buy.

My 2 1/2 year old loves this toy...loves to scoop up the bugs in the tub.
He gets OT and PT...good movement for his arms while in the tub - he also has sensory
issues so it's a good distraction while in the tub.

We received this toy a year ago and have been playing with it ever since. My daughter 2 yrs old now still likes to scoop up her other bath toys with the net. I like that the net floats on the water so that even in a bubble bath she can find it. The bugs were thrown away long ago. While they are cute they get moldy like any squirty toy and we threw ours away about two months after receiving the toy. For the price, we really got a net and I feel like it was a bit steep. But the play factor for us was worth it. Over all a well made toy that lends itself to some great imaginative play.

I was very disappointed in the net in this set--there was a rip after only a few minutes of play in the bathtub, the first time we used it. I would expect toys made for young kids to be slightly more durable than this!
