This review is from: Alexander Borodin: Prinz Igor: Overture & Polovtsian Dances; In the Steppes of Central Asia; Symphony No. 2 (Audio CD)
Borodin is Borodin, so this album isn't bad, but it is by no means spectacular either. People who are picky about the performers and recording will be dispointed, it being the Moscow Radio Symphony Orchestra on the Novalis label, but those less choosy and looking for an into to Borodin will be satisfied.
