Chris Stevens has written a simple, accessable introduction to the Alexander Technique. The book is free from New Age cant and 'alternative' foolishness, gives a clear description of the Technique, answering begginer's questions about finding teachers, what lessons are like etc.The only comparable introductory book is 'Body Learning' by M. Gelb. |
