This is not really a book as much as a compendium of various jottings and writings from Mr. MacDonald. But he does provide very useful distinctions and reminders. Too bad much of the Alexander world is forgetting this stuff.

This book is principally for teachers or teachers in training. If you've not had a lesson or fewer than 15 lessons, this book won't be as useful. But I think his description of Directions and Primary Control are useful even to the new student.
