One of the best introductory books on the Technique!,

Chris Stevens has put together a clear, straightforward, non-'New Agey' introduction to the Alexander Technique. The ONLY introductory book of comparable value is Michael Gelb's 'Body Learning.'Some readers may be frustrated that the book does not follow the usual self-help, do-it-yourself formulas. This is inevitable, as the Alexander Technique has no place in those categories.
