One of the best introductory books on the Technique!
Chris Stevens has put together a clear, straightforward, non-'New Agey' introduction to the Alexander Technique. The ONLY introductory book of comparable value is Michael Gelb's 'Body Learning.' Very poorly written.
Chris Stevens might know a lot about the Alexander technique, but you'll have a hard time gleaning anything from this book!
