No directions included, but I found some elsewhere. Seems to work as described. I was not given a UPS tracking number, and there was no reply when I asked for one via "contact seller." The "cloth" liners are in reality plastic, but it did come with some extra.

I'm a complete failure when it comes to shaping hamburger patties. Really, I am. My hands get all greasy, the meat starts to get warm, and STILL, my patties are misshapen lumps of burger.With a little wax paper and a good patty-maker, though, my burgers are perfect. No more lumpy burgers that end up unevenly cooked and falling apart.
