I was really looking forward to getting this product. It arrived faster than expected which was really great and I started to assemble it right away. The frame fits together very tightly which is fine, it just took a bit of muscle to snap it into place -- until i got to the last piece and found that there was a huge glob of powder coat paint inside the tube and it would not fit onto the base of the frame. Frustrating, but not a huge deal. I ran to the harwarde store and bought a bought a metal file to remove the excess paint. Filing it down took way longer than anticipated but eventually I got the last piece of the stand snapped on. Next i put the hammock up. -- way smaller than expected and it did not match the dimensions on the box. Finally, i notice that one of the feet has been welded on incorrectly and does not sit flush with the ground, but rather, at a 45 degree angle to the ground -- not cool. The contraption itself is great for relaxing and I've enjoyed many hours lounging in the hammock. The quaily issues with the product however are extremely disappointing. I would return it except that the frame is now nearly impossible to disassemble and I dont' want to have to deal with shipping it back. Save yourself the time and frustration and do not buy this one.
