If you've wanted to go or have been to see The Alhambra in Granada in Spain, this is the book to collect. I recommend getting it before you go so you'll be aware of the journey that lies ahead, or get it after you've been as "the" memento of your visit. I went to The Alhambra four years ago and would have benefited greatly, here's why ... the Alhambra experience is over the top ... so much to see it is impossible to take it all in on one visit. The photographer / photographs are genius - which is what's possible when you have access before / after the Alhambra closes. It is a difficult destination to take your own pictures without others being in the image. These photographs capture and share with the viewer all the mystique, allure, beauty, majesty, delicacy, ingenuity and historical significance that is The Alhambra.
