Funny and timely,

Hard to believe that a satire written in 1906 could still be funny and be just as pertinent as it was then, but it is. Not much has dated, and few of the jokes have dated out of recognition. And as a satire of government overreach it is a pin to prick the balloon of our overreaching government now.
