Alice VHS
The video arrived in perfect condition and in a very short time, considering it came down to Guadalajara, a city in Mexico. Great service, thanks

A very loose translation of Alice in Wonderland
Aside from "Queenie" quoting "off with his head" every now and then and the useage of some of the character names from Alice in Wonderland, such as White Rabbit, Cheshire Cat et al, this is a charmless free-for-all adaptation of a most charming book. A very loose translation of Alice in Wonderland, September 1, 1999
This review is from: Alice [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Aside from "Queenie" quoting "off with his head" every now and then and the useage of some of the character names from Alice in Wonderland, such as White Rabbit, Cheshire Cat et al, this is a charmless free-for-all adaptation of a most charming book. Any resemblance between the film and book is surely accidental. At times the music is irritatingly cloying though one or two tunes tend to stay in one's head, whilst the acting is never great. A film of curiosity value only, featuring (in minor roles) Jack Wild and Tracy Hyde who appeared in the wonderful cult movie Melody.

I was looking to buy this tape since the moment I saw the film. Today, 15 years later, I have the chance to buy it. That's great!!!!
