I am new to jazz music scene but I am finding that I like jazz that takes current popular songs and mellows them out. I know there are jazz lovers out there who would differ with me and and say 'this is not real jazz', and that is okay. But I am speaking from the aspect of being new and will grow as I discover other artist. I dicovered Kirk Whalum (see review) and have been seeking others of his quality. I like this CD because it has Keys great songs in a soothing relaxing manner that eases stress. I would definitely reccommend this to other newbies like myself.
