About the Author
Independent Reviewer SIFT, review by Kevin: I found Alien Advantage extremely exciting the whole way through. I can't remember a single dull moment. The progression of the story and the character development was fantastic, and I really felt connected to the characters. Alien Advantage is definitely a must read. Mark Hemmings is a troubled law student abducted by aliens who then later return only to be captured by a secret organization that studies alien returnees. After his transfer to the secret facility, he has many interactions with the base psychologist and the Air Force General in addition to other returnees. These interactions, along with the normal and adversarial relationships, were masterfully crafted and fascinating to watch develop. Lorain O'Neil must have some great insight into human psyche and interaction. This was a quick and easy read, especially due to the non-stop excitement. I only noticed a few minor grammar mistakes, and while the language wasn't particularly complex, it wasn't overly simplistic either. Anyone who loves a straight up sci-fi with lots of action will love this book. Considering the fact that I could not put it down, I give Alien Advantage 5 stars. Other books by the author are "Coquina Hard" [historical fiction]; "The Dangerous Path of Loving Jaesha" [humorous erotic thriller]; "A Kiss From Moët" [humorous paranormal romance]; "Angelique Rising" [humorous dark thriller romance]; and "The Liar Charms" [humorous new adult thriller], all available on Kindle for Amazon.
