By far The Alien Invasion Survival Handbook (T.A.I.S.H.) is the most hilarious piece of literature I have read this year. The diagrams are straight out of Karate 101 (just replace human with alien)and it just made me laugh so hard out loud.

The best is how the author hides real alien facts in plain sight by disquising them as humor. Clearly he is quite experienced - and his statistical breakdown of how to detect alien intrusion from weeks up until 5 minutes before you are attacked....pristine! Bravo Mumfrey!

You have to give credit to the practicality of the book, as it can be used for multitasking defense for either the aliens who enter your house OR the burglers.

I read the whole book in 1 hour. I now feel prepared. However I do believe that he needs to add Britney Spears "Womanizer" to his list of IPod Alien Fighting Music.

Get this book you will not be disappointed!

I ran across this book at my local bookstore, while I was waiting in line to check out. I thumbed through the book to find sections with titles like "Avoiding Detection by Alien Thermal Imaging Technology", "Commandeering and Piloting an Alien Spacecraft", "Avoiding High UFO Traffic Areas", each with detailed instructions on how to survive such challenges. The illustrations in the book are priceless, drawn to resemble something you would see in a government manual from the 1960's. The "facts" are highly entertaining too. Until l I read this book I had no idea attempting to choke an alien to death is actually a bad idea, since aliens can hold their breath for 20 minutes. Thankfully, the author provides other ways of killing aliens that are extremely effective. There is no question that W.H. Mumfrey is extremely knowledgeable in the field of extraterrestrials, and his expertise shows throughout this well written book.

The Alien Invasion book is one of the funniest books I have read in the last two years. Right up there with "Me Talk Pretty One Day" and "A Walk in the Woods".

If you ever had any doubts about alien existence or alien presence here on earth(why would you?), this handbook will rapidly eliminate those. A clear and concise overview of the threat from outer space by W.H.Mumfrey is followed up with down-to-earth survival information that covers all aspects of alien encounters. These include defense techniques, escape strategies, forms of attack, and a comprehensive series of suggestions of what to do in response to a full scale alien invasion. The handbook is liberally illustrated with diagrams, charts, and tables of essential information. The opening description and simple assessment to determine if you had been abducted by aliens previously is enlightening. I answered yes to 11/11 questions- more than 3/11 indicates abduction! Explains a lot of things in my life! I think in times to come there will be many human that owe their very survival to W.H. Mumfrey and his survival hand book.
