A wonderful, spirited book, September 16, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Aliens Took My Daughter (Hardcover)
"Aliens Took My Daughter" delightfully shows a father's puzzlement when his usually sweet toddler goes on the rampage through the house. Parents will enjoy it for the humorous take on familiar frustrations, and kids will respond to the idea that their parents love them even when they're not behaving their best. This Hendersen fellow has captured something sweet and whimsical in the chaos of the toddler household. I hope to see more books from him soon.

127 readings later, I still love it!, October 7, 2000
This review is from: Aliens Took My Daughter (Hardcover)
My son has asked for this book (and Mr. Henderson's other book, What's Behind The Bump) relentlessly in recent weeks--and for once, I haven't minded a bit! It's Seuss-like in it's likeability for young and old-- silly rhymes, wacky pictures, plus some hidden elements to find. The more you read it, the more you wonder.
