That i found this on amazon uk 3 months ago and had to wait that long for it! (and paid more!) But well worth the wait! WHEN YOU WALK AWAY! what is with WB? this is the single guys WAKE UP!Go babe! loved u in ok city! Cindi rocked even with the fall!

I like the Warren Clark Mix, dont get me wrong here, but its not as good as the Almighty one. Almighty and Cher seem to click so well. However, if you live in Europe and have not heard When You Walk Away than this single is a must. O yah, WHY no Alive Again remixes? Those would be amazing.

This cd is from germany and features the album mix of "Alive Again" as well as the album mix of "When You Walk Away" that was to be a US only bonus track from "Living Proof". Oh well the selling point for me was the Warren Clarke (9:12) mix only found on this cd . This mix is much harder in its house sound than the uk's Almighty mix(which suits Cher better).This mix is what is on the american dance charts now(peaking at #19)and is so far only on this cd single and nowhere else. It's Cher so either you like her or you don't so buy it or not but it is really goood!!

ALIVE AGAIN is one of my favorite tracks from Cher's LIVING PROOF album. It wasn't a single in the US, but released in the UK. Unfortunately, no mixes. This song is just screaming for some mixes, they would have made this track a dancefloor hit I bet. You get the original version of ALIVE AGAIN, plus the Diane Warren anthem WHEN YOU WALK AWAY which was only available on the US version of LIVING PROOF. There's also a mix of THE MUSIC'S NO GOOD WITHOUT YOU. Good single to have if you don't have the mix or WHEN YOU WALK AWAY, still it's sad that ALIVE AGAIN has no mixes.

This single is a must have for any Cher-Fan (or non-Cher-Fan for that matter).

''Alive Again'' was my favorite cut off the ''Living Proof'' album- but? I am so disappointed to see that there is not one remix of the current single, which I think was a grave mistake on Warner Brothers part. I mean, I still don't understand this, if a video was recorded for this this song, why wasn't there at least 3 remixes for crying out loud!.

Boy...I'm really disappointed this time, the track I liked the most off ''Living Proof'' was yet doomed to not have remixes, just my bad luck I guess?. Hopefully in the future Cher has a new makeover and remixes done of this song. I'm sure she will, since I remember that in the year 2000 she had a completely renewed remixed EP of ''One By One/If I Could Turn Back Time'' released, so lets hope the same thing happens with this song.

However the tracks included here are a good choice, but still don't take away my disappointment.

''When You Walk Away'' is almost a sequel to ''Strong Enough'', the track summons the same environment. Also one of my favorite cuts off ''Living Proof'' (also a shame there were no remixes of this track!).

''The Music's No Good Without You'', the mix here is Ok.. Nothing Great..

So out-and-out, you'd be better off to just pick up the whole album ''Living Proof'', try and get the import which includes all 13 tracks purposely recorded for ''Living Proof''. Don't forget to get the retail that includes, ''When You Walk Away'', ''You Take It All'' and ''The Look'' all included!. There you have a better variety compared to the disappointing US Retail!.

I agree with a previous reviewer: What was Warner Bros thinking when they released Alive Again and When You Walk Away on the same CD single? Both of these songs should have been singles all by themselves. I am still perplexed as to why Living Proof (and all of the singles thereof) did not do well commercially. Was it poor promotion by the record company?? Or, was it a typically disinterested American music-buying public again? Who will ever know?

Cher is at her best! The music is no good without you! The import of her latest CD is better than the one stateside. The song "you take it all" is hauntingly beautiful. Excellent!
