There Is Power,

While The Cathedrals albums have moved generations throughout their history, they prove to be even more powerful in concert. This live album pulls you into The Cathedrals everlasting messages through song and never lets you go, even when the album has ended. A real must have for anyone who enjoys worship through spiritual song and voice.

The Cathedrals are, hands down, the best southern gospel quartet there is! This video is their best yet! The comraderie and talent they show is totally impressive and inspiring! I recommend this video to everyone, and I believe that this video would be a great witnessing tool for friends and relatives who don't know the Lord.

You have heard the Cathedrals until you have heard them live,

For those of you who have not been blessed with attending a Cathedral concert "Alive,Deep in the Heart of Texas" is the next best thing. Nothing can quite catch the essence of the Cathedrals quite like a live performance. Be listening for "Echos from the Burning Bush" "Don't be Afraid" "There's Something About that Name" and "I Will Serve Thee". They will comfort your heart and thrill your soul.

George and Glen are the best there is when it comes to Southern Gospel music hands down. This video not only shows them during some of their finest moments, but it gives a good picture of how much each member enjoys the other. They really do take quite a few friendly jabs at each other in this volume and it just adds even that much more value to a most excellent work.

This is my favorite combination as far as the Cathedrals are concerned - George Younce, Glen Payne, Roger Bennett, Scott Fowler, and Ernie Haase. It is still hard to believe that three of these men have already graduated to Heaven. My favorite song on this CD is "Don't Be Afraid" with leads by both Ernie and Roger. This would be a great addition to any fan's library of Cathedral recordings.

A Great Inspiration,

My Mom got me this video for Christmas, 2000. I can't say enough about this wonderful, memorable group, The Cathedrals. I never got to see them live, but thru this video, brings such a personal message. All the songs were done so eloquently. When Glen Payne sang, "We Shall See Jesus" the chills runs up and down my whole soul. Of course Ernie Haase's, "Oh What A Savior" words just can't express. I thank the Lord for bringing their sweet music to my ears.
