Oh some years may have been recording, but I would still own every release in this series. Hope they film the current edition.

Back and as fresh (fresh meaning smarmy!!) as ever. Has lost none of it's acerbic witt and brilliance in the years FB was not running Off-Broadway. But it came back and hopefully new versions will once again keep the theater community in stitches. This edition is as good as the others, the takes on Peters and Sondheim are priceless. The impersonation of Matthew Broderick is spot on and wonderful, and the trashing of Evita (deservedly so) and the unfortunate Elena Rogers, as well as Ricky Martin, is perfect. The spoof of Once is dead on as well. My one disappointmet is the take on Tracy Bennett as Judy Garland, it doesn't sound like Garland or Bennett and is actually too nice. A small complaint, and certainly not enough to ruin the fun of the rest of the CD. Glorious to have a new, updated version back.

Good Spoofs, Good Talent
All of the Forbidden Broadway CDs are fun, this one included. But seeing the show first is quite a bit better than just listening to the disc.

I love it!

Fun!
I enjoy all the Forbidden Broadways. I love the clever lyrics. There are a couple of songs I am not crazy about, but all in all, I like it.
