I take Alka-Seltser (much easier on the stomach) for back pain. In this small town I would need to have it special ordered (at a higher price) by my local druggist. They do not and would not keep the 72 count size in stock. By subscribing it from Amazon, I get a price break and I don't even have to leave my house. I get a reminder before my new shipment is due so if I want to cancel or make changes to delivery date I can do so. This works very well for me.
