It was great to watch something so inspiring. Seeing Gay & Lesbian families on their vacation, looking for the same comfort & fun as everyone else on vacation.. It is something for everyone to watch. It shows how the gay & lesbian community is just like every other family. They want kids to grow with & have a happy, healthy family life.

I am a lesbian looking for all those things with my life partner. We want to have a happy, healthy family. This is something we can show to our family & friends so they can see how we are no different from what everyone else in the world, we just might have to go about it in a different way to accomplish it. It is a Fantastic show, and I hope Rosie tapes more of her cruises.

Definately moving in many ways. More movies should be made like this displaying the love. I have to say this is so inspiriring and my mother (who by the way is anti-gay rights) has now reevaluated many of her beliefs. Very inspiring & touching. Thnx Rosie for showing this side of humanity! we love you rosie.

This DVD should be required viewing. If all people could be as loving and kind and wonderful as the folks on this cruise the world would be a far better place.
The children shown will be our leaders of tomorrow and I for one am glad for that. Perhaps they will be able to bring peace to our world where others have failed.

Watch it and you'll instantly see why it was nominated for 3 Emmy Awards!!! It'll bring such joy to you and hopefully this DVD will open a lot of eyes and make the world a more accepting place, just as it is on Rosie's Family Cruise!

This DVD I thought truly captured the essence of acceptance of those who are "different".. it shows acceptance concerning sexuality, racial differences etc.. It makes you realize, when it all comes down to it, people are all the same no matter who we are. Everyone just wants and deserves the right to feel accepted, love and happiness. I feel it's a great dvd to help open the minds of those who may be "homophobic" ... it'll help them see that people just want to live their lives the best way they can without having to feel discrimination of any kind. The DVD made me cry, laugh out loud and smile. It showed me that there are so many others out there like me who I can relate to, and for that alone, I give this DVD 5 stars! Bravo!

I really appreciate the time and effort that was put in this wonderful documentary. I love all the love, knowledge, and insight that it transfers from a percpective that I've never fully seen before. As a lesbian woman in a long term relationship ... it actually makes my ovaries twitter.

I know this movie will indeed change one person's view about just how normal a gay household is, and share with others to give the ripple effect about all RFamilys.

Way to start the wave.

I am straight. I Loved this DVD. It showed the love of all types families. People are so homophobic its shame. I felt bad for the couples it should be legal for them to get married, you can see how much they love each other. They should have all the same rights.

If we could all be so lucky to have such loving parents. I really enjoyed the DVD and I was very moved. I think more people should watch it just to see how gay families really act everyone has their own ideas but they are really just like you and me. Very well done. Wonderful!!!! And ......I LOVE ROSIE! It was nice to see her and her family together :)

Rosie and Kelli reinforce the truth that families define themselves. I have watched this documentary 3 times and have only become more of a believer that family is family. I must thank them for providing a safe place for children in "non-traditional" families.

Purchased video because we do not have HBO and thought it would be great to watch and also to have when our son gets older. We have not done cruise but would now certainly do so. Excellent to see the level of freedom among our families. Blessings to all of us who are raising children in this world as gay and lesbian folks.

First of all: I am a cruise ship lover - therefore I like to see all details of NORWEGIAN DAWN. But I was more than surprised to see the details of Rosie's Gay Family Cruise - how life can be just with friendly people and friends. I wish I could have been there onboard.
