All About Insects is a great way to introduce your PreK to 2nd grader to the world of insects. It includes 209 pages of fun activities including colorful cutouts, worksheets, recipes (like spider cookies and butterfly sandwiches), and ideas for hands-on activities. Although created for a classroom, this works equally well for school at home. And, you can add more outdoor adventures . . . collect some insects, study them and let them go! Your child will not only learn about insects but get some great physical activity too!
