I highly recommend this product to anyone wishing to build and/or retain lean muscle mass. This product does all it says it does without the usual side effects of traditional Creatine monohydrate products (bloating, cramping, etc.).
I had hit a plateau in gaining muscle mass before I started using Kre-Alkalyn. No need to load up or cycle. Excellent product!

I started using this product four weeks ago and I have noticed gains in all muscle groups. I workout 4 days a week for about 2 hours in the weight room, and about an hour for cardio. 45 mins before my workout I drink 20grams of Syntha 6 protien and take one Kre-Alkalyn about 5mins before I get to the gym. Half way through my workout I take one more Kre-Alkalyn.

While using Kre-Alkalyn I have noticed that I can push through the burn and finnish my sets instead of coming up short, I have not gotten any "water weight", and I recover faster. I just purchased Kre-Alkalyn EFX Pro to see what that has to offer and i'll be sure to write a review for that product after a few weeks of use.

I noticed gains in the gym with this product, but for me it's a little more bloating than the competing product, SciFit Kre-Alkayln 1500. I've switched between this product and the the SciFit, and ultimately have gone with the SciFit due to less bloating/water retention. With creatine products I hear sometimes you have to try a few to find the the one that works best for you.

No more "loading" or "bloat"
I have tried powder creatine and hated the bloat, and the loading cycles. You don't have to do any of that with this product. Read more

would buy again
I haven't noticed a huge difference in gains between using this and creatine monohydrate. But my muscles look more lean, I don't feel as bloated, and I don't sweat as bad.
