A collection of Gay poetry with cross over appeal to a broader audience. Included are several award winning poems and works displayed in the Simon Weisenthal Center Library/Museum of Tolorance, and the University of Southern California Gay and Lesbian Archives and Library.
As a poet and writer, I believe the most important detail in the written word is to touch the human nerve. Words are powerful. Always have been. I want my work (my words) to provoke, seduce, outrage and cause melancholy in you. I want to move that part of the human spirit that so many of us try to conceal and cover up. To lift the facade that we call the invisible security blanket. I hope I am successful.
Writers that have influenced me through the years are Dean Koontz, Robert R. McCammon and S.E. Hinton. I believe these artists to be three of the greatest story tellers of our time. I never get tired of reading their books.
Let me know if my books touch you. I always look forward to readers feedback.
