This product was a great deal a couple months ago when it cost just over $12.00 for a four pack with free shipping. Now it's over 16.00 and now I get them cheaper even at the more expensive stores. All-Bran itself is an excellent product with a cup at only 110 calories...filling for those on diets and I have found it works as well as Zetia -- a cholesterol lowering drug that works on a similar principle.
