I just love All Bran Ice Tea...I was unable to find this product in stores for weeks on end...I finally purchased it from Amazon...I love it since it has ten grams of fiber and tastes very nice...You just add one packet to a bottle of spring water (16.9) oz...It is delicious! I am thrilled with this product and think ten grams of fiber in any diet is healthy! I usually have at least two a day...I am getting my water at the same time...GREAT ICE TEA!

Yes - it does have sweetner and lemon flavors (which I TRULY HATE in all teas), but they are very subtle and you still get the tea flavor. This is better than the lemonade - which has an overwhelming pucker factor. I drink it for the results (AMAZING!!), not so much for the flavor. 40% of your daily fiber is definetely worth it.

I have always had a problem with not enough fiber in my diet and therefore having problems in the bathroom. Thanks to this fiber drink mix I no longer need to wait three days to conduct my "business".Pros: -it tastes good, -fills you up temporarily (I use it as my afternoon snack), -low calorie, -not gritty Cons: -does not dissolve well in cold water I drink it hot especially during the winter. I always have a bottle ready and refrigerate them ahead of time in the summer. I've tried all the other options to increase my fiber intake and have not found anything that is this easy and tastes good. Some days I have to drink two of them and I don't have to feel guilty about calories, fat or carbs. Compared to the protein drink mix from the same company this one dissolves much better and doesn't have little particles floating around. Even though it's the same flavor, it doesn't quite taste the same. I've also tried the lemonade flavor but I have never been big on that taste. Hope you'll give it a shot. I swear by it and it helps me almost every day!
