I bought this pan to replace my electric skillet. I recently put in a gas stove with a large center burner. This pan fits perfectly. The pan cooks evenly and very quickly, it takes half the time of my electric skillet. The quality is excellent, very heavy duty, quality materials. Well worth the money.
