The petite cookie sheet is great. It's solid, heavy, heats evenly, things don't stick, and it's a great size. Good for crescent rolls, etc. I'll admit I'm an All-Clad addict, but when their products never seem to disappoint how can I help myself. This is not Bakers Secret! Once you've tried a piece of All-Clad you'll be hooked too!

I have a small assortment of All-Clad cookware and bakeware, and must say that I love every piece. However, when it's 2.80 USD a square inch, wow, that's hefty.

This particular bakeware is very good for bread and cookies. For bread baking, I found this to be a perfect browner; no burning! It's also very easy to clean, and lasts in the dishwasher. I have also found the small size to be perfect for throwing chicken fingers in the over for the family.

This is only the second All Clad I have purchased. The first was a small sauce pan, love it. So I decided I would spend the money and try the cookie sheet since I had just recently purchased a new stove with convection baking. I absolutely love this cookie sheet. Cookies don't stick doesn't matter what kind they are, I must add I have only used it for cookies so far but they come out looking great and tasting out of this world. (My husband is very particular about his cookies.) My only regret is that I didn't spend the extra money and get the larger size. May have to do that one of these days. I can only say that after trying this cookie sheet all others have gone the way of the trash. Love it and highly recommend it especially if you have a convection oven.

I love this series of baking pans. When I bought my cookie sheet, I also got the cake pan, jelly pan, and square pan.

This pan is so easy to clean and works like a nonstick. Cookies cooked evenly well and were easy to peel off with a spatula. I love how it feels heavy duty, like I've got my own set of commercial bakeware at home!
