I have used this cookie sheet for over two years. It is the best I have used. I bake homemade cookies about once a week, so this sheet has been used a lot. I went over to someone's house who had an airbake pan, the cookies took longer to bake with the airbake and those pans wear out way too fast. This pan is worth the investment. You'll never have to buy another cookie sheet.

Prior to my purchase of this cookie sheet I was totally devoted to All-Clad cookware. But, this cookie sheet was a real wake-up call!
The first time it was used it buckled. Ever try to bake gingerbread men on a buckled sheet?
Further, the bottoms were black before the cookie was done. The first time, my assumption was that I had somehow erred although we have used this same recipe for a number of years. No, I didn't err - the same unhappy results with the second batch.
Frustrated, I pulled out an old inexpensive cookie sheet and the results were perfect.
I had thought All-Clad was perfect - it isn't.

All Clad Ovenware 14 Inch x 17 Inch Baking SheetThis baking sheet is nothing short of miraculous. Due to a serendipitous find at a local TJ MAXX, I snagged one of these for a great price. It must have been a prototype, since they were not marketed widely at that point. I ought to know: I searched far and wide for another one...no, several more!...to gift to my kids and friends. I would buy it at twice the price; it IS that good. Despite steady use and dishwasher cleaning, it remains perfectly flat and bakes evenly. Its weight foreshadows its success: the uniform thickness of the heavy metal ensures even browning and great heat distribution. I have NEVER found a sheet to match this one.

We bought the first All Clad cookie sheet about 2 years ago and a second one last summer. It's been fantastic. It does bake faster and so we had to reduce the baking time but it cooks more evenly than anything we had in the past (air core and thin stainless, and teflon).

I'm not sure how the one reviewer ended up with a buckled sheet - I would call the factory because we had all other types of sheets buckle and bend but this cookie sheet has never warped or bent at all.

A really big plus is that clean-up is a cinch. The surface may not look like non-stick, but it's super easy to clean. Although sometimes cookies will leave what looks like a slightly oily stain on the sheet even after a soapy wash. The oily spots were never like the black and brown burn stains that occur on the regular steel sheets but we were slightly disappointed. However, we recently learned that Bar Keepers Friends will take off these blemishes with ease. Now they look brand new again.

I couldn't believe how incredible this cookie sheet is! Everything I cook on it doesn't burn on the bottom. In fact, it doesn't even brown more on the bottom than it does on the top. I made breaksticks on my old cookie sheet once and they'd always be hard on the bottom and soft on top. Now they were soft all around. The cookies also come out perfect. The heat distribution on this thing is flawless, and it cleans perfectly and easily. DEFINITELY get this!

If you buy this cookie sheet, you won't regret it. The sheet maintains an even temperature, allowing all your cookies to bake to that perfect golden brown. It works well with and without parchment paper. This cookie sheet is well worth the price.
