Expensive but Worth It,

I own these & use them frequently. Before baking, I prepare the pans by oiling them very lightly; breads are easy to unmold. I love being able to use metal utensils with the stick-resistant surface. Clean-up is a breeze. I use a nylon brush, then follow up with a sponge. I expect these pans to last a lifetime.

My son has become the family bread baker so for a Christmas gift I gave him this pan. He is so pleased with it, he would like another one. I am ordering it today so that yummy home made bread keeps appearing on my kitchen table! Actually, I have owned many All Clad cook and bake ware items for several years and highly recommend everything by this maker.
