If I lost this fry pan lid I would buy another without batting an eyelash. Excellent option for the fry pan that very little gas flame heats to the perfect frying temperature. This is very "energy conservation." Looks beautiful. Takes a few minutes to clean. Use "Bar Keepers Friend" product to clean inside and outside of pan and lid for professional/restaurant chef appearance. This is the best. No doubt. A prize. Get it if you have the money. You will have no regrets. You will be pleased and proud of your decision to purchase it. It will last a lifetime. It could become a family heirloom in time.
