All-Clad products are all made in the US, and are all top shelf items. I bought this starter set before i knew anything about All-Clad, and for years after that it was all that i used to cook with. The Cop-R-Chef is somewhat of a pain to keep polished, but when it is it looks great.In the 8+ years i have had it, nothing has stuck to any of the surfaces, and everything cooks very evenly. It really is a pleasure to cook with. The only hit i can put on the All-Clad products is that they all have some aluminum in their products. They never use aluminum in the cooking surfaces, but i avoid cooking with aluminum altogether since it has been strongly linked to causing Alzheimer's. Because of this, i have transitioned over to cooking with clay, stainless steel or Pyrex.
