Great 8 quart Stock Pot,

I purchased this pot as a part of a set. I've used it as both a stock pot and a dutch oven for 10 months and have no complaints. It heats quickly and evenly. I made French Onion soup and and the fond formed very evenly on the bottom of the pan. Oil keeps its temperature remarkably well during frying. It slow cooks meats like pork and chicken in the oven with the top on quite well. Food comes out moist and evenly cooked. Twenty cups of rice cooked evenly with nothing stuck to the bottom or sides.This pot cooks food very well and is easy to clean. The anodized aluminum exterior makes it easy to clean burnt on or boiled over gunk. I would recommend this pot to anyone who likes to cook. |
