Is there ever anything bad you can say about An All Clad procuct? Not about the product, but about the All Clad Company. Due to a severe defect the product had to be replaced. They took forever (6 months), to supply the shipper. My phone conversations with the All Clad customer service produced no results on their promises and they were less than friendly. The shipper make multiple tries also to get the product shipped. I will say that it is a wonderful addition to my kitchen.
