I have several All-Clad pans that are stainless steel exterior and interior. This is the only one that I have that's stainless interior and aluminum exterior. Even though it's the largest diameter pan I have, heat is distributed more evenly than the others, and food sticks much less. However, if you have a ceramic sink, you'll wind up with gray marks wherever the pan moves against it. The marks come out, but not easily. Otherwise, the pan is great.

The right size if you like to saute a big quantity of vegetables, or fry many chicken breasts. It's really good for browning. Just make sure you have room on your stove because it'll crowd your other burners if you're trying to use all four burners! One problem is I don't have a cover big enough to cover it. I usually end up using the cover for my wok, which still isn't quite big enough!

I've got a set Al Clad stainless steel/aluminum cookware including fry pans. This is the only one I've got with aluminum on the outside and stainless on the inside. This distributes heat better and with the rounded sides I can use high heat and use it to stir fry. Its become my favorite in just a few uses. I've got the 14" and just ordered the smaller one. I recommend this to anyone. Buy some "Bartender's Friend" to keep it looking good.
