This is the best nonstrick griddle I have purchased. You only need to heat medium to medium-high to get the best result. I use a little oil to give flavor to the food I am cooking and everything slides right off! I use it to make a lot of chicken. The pleasant surprise is that I can now make eggs over easy on medium heat - sets nicely to be able to flip without breaking the egg and without overcooking it. This is the first pan I have ever been able to achieve this. Since it is such a nice size, I cook eggs and ham and other items all at the same time.

Unlike other nonstick pans I have purchased in the past, it has retained its' "nonstick".

I have used this pan extensively, mostly for pancakes. I think I have had it about two years now. Food now sticks to it and it is no longer easy to clean. I never wash nonstick pans in the dishwasher and try to avoid high heat with them, although I am sure there were a few burnt pancake and blackened toasted sandwiches (mea culpa). This pan is thick enough to heat evenly and not warp. Probably the worst mechanical wear my pan has had is storing one pan atop another.

After using this griddle for about 6 months.....the results:

Pros:
-Nice Build quality.
-Easy cleaning.
-Even heat distribution.

Cons:
Non so far..


Note: For people like me who are planning to use this griddle for Chapathis and Dosas... This is the griddle...even heat distribution helps you to make awesome dosas and chapathis...you can't go wrong with this one...

Just be aware that not all All-Clad items are made in the USA. One needs to check the box it is mailed to you in to find out the country it is made in. I purchase this item (an All-Clad LTD 12-Inch Nonstick Round Grill Pan) and found out after the fact that it is made in China. Also there is no indication on the grill of where it was made. I just think it would be nice to know up front the country that is manufacturing the item.

Being a cook that entertains a lot of guess. I found this griddle to be a delight. Nothing does stick to it. Just follow the simple rules about the finish and you'll have a pan for a lot of years.
I only wish that it was made in the USA instead of China.

We love this griddle. It's non stick coating doesn't scratch off and it heats up evenly. We use it several time a week. It's are go to pan. We put it into the dishwasher and it cleans up very nicely.

Another great All-Clad product. Got this to replace our old griddle pan. Heats even and easy to clean. Good balance and like the long handle.

This was a good buy: Good price (around $50), nice size, no need to grease, butter, or oil. Only negative is that the edge is low so omelets have to be made one at a time.

I acquired this wonderful griddle pan in a strange way: an awful old, thin griddle was used as a noisemaker to drive a pack of raccoons from our back yard. I didn't expect it to be warped beyond repair because it was banged with a stick, but it was. I never liked the thing anyway, and was glad to replace it.
This griddle pan is aesthetically beautiful. The non-stick material is as tough as iron. I've made omelettes in it twice, and was told by the eater that the pan had made a huge difference in the quality of the omelette. I've also made large crepes in it, and the pan has made them much easier to flip and remove. I highly recommend this pan, even if it is a bit expensive. Over the years of quality performance and not having to replace it, it will be worth its price. I don't recommend using it to scare racoons, though.
Actually, some of the prices available through Amazon are very good!!
