The choice of many professional chefs, All-Clad's top-of-the-line LTD cookware features a pure aluminum core for efficiently distributing heat across the bottom and all the way up the sides. The core is layered with 18/10 stainless steel and an interior coating of DuPont Quantum nonstick to simplify food release, juice retrieval, and cleanup. A no-nonsense charcoal color, the hard-anodized aluminum exterior resists chipping, scratching, and peeling, and outperforms stainless steel for durability. For easy maneuvering and comfortable lifting, the roaster is fitted with solid-cast, stainless-steel handles attached with stainless-steel rivets. A nonstick roasting rack also comes with the pan. I found the roaster absolutely perfect for preparing chicken...just great. I researched the different units out there, and the all-clad seemed to offer the best solution. It did. I've been disappointed in other All-Clad....mainly with the poor handle designs that are too narrow to allow control over medium to large pans.
