I've had the 10" and 12" lids for a couple of years now. They work great. I've had none of the problems that some other reviewers mentioned. That said, don't assume that the lids are built of the same metal as the pans. The first time I tried to scrub the lid with the same scrub pad I was using on the fry pan, the lid scratched. It's just cosmetic, but the lid just doesn't look the same anymore. Now I use only soft cloth or a copper pad on the lids.

I needed a lid for my Calphalon 10" skillet and I wanted the shiny stainless steel instead of the brushed steel. I was not sure if other brands would fit or not but I know All-Clad makes quality cookware so I ordered this lid. Guess what? It fit so well that I ordered a 12" lid also. Works in the oven with no problem and of course it looks great. It is rather expensive but it's an All-Clad and I am really pleased with the look and quality. Thanks All-Clad
