Excellent Frittata Pan, and the most used pan in my kitchen.
Gentle heat your ingredients/left-overs/or what ever (I do a smoked salmon (which I don't fry, just add at the end before oven cooking), pine nuts, green onion, mushroom with spinach with goat cheese frittata everyone loves) on low heat on the burner, add your eggs and cheese, transfer the whole thing to a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes and YUM! Easy Clean Up too! |
