Good Bakers, rather small, but they fit what I use them for very well. Being single I don't usually cook for large groups. I like to make a dish based on a tofu burger recipie with them. I start off on the stovetop then transfer them to the oven to finish cooking. They are great for that. Two personal sized dishes that come out well formed. Stainless is easy to maintain with a little care. If this is the size dish you are looking to cook, it is a great little baker.

I usually cook for an army of one and these are perfect. In a pinch, I've used them to fry breakfast links. Perfect for a quick lunch or side dish. I do lower the recipe temperature when baking. I think these are really impressive when entertaining. With that said, if you're in a hurry they are not so great for reheating because the microwave is a lot quicker.


As with all things All Clad, these heat evenly and quickly. Stainless steel is easy to clean. My favorite words in the English language are "dishwasher safe."

My set of two little bakers arrived today, and I immediately put one to use with a salmon fillet in the oven. It does a beautiful job and I expect to use these a great deal. They heat evenly without sticking. I am single, and the size is just right for a small dish of scalloped potatoes or mac and cheese, among other more exotic possibilities. This line of cookware is beautiful and graceful as well as durable and efficient. I am replacing all my old Calphalon and sending it to the church's yard sale.

These highly polished (outside only including the bottom; inside has a matt finish), beautiful 18/10 Stainless Steel, oval bakers are excellent quality, durable, food grade, non-leaching, and a safe metal alloy especially, when preparing, and handling cooked or heated food.

They are solid, durable, and heavy so you don't have to worry about them warping. I'm very please with All-Clad's craftsmanship whereas, you can tell that every detail including the rivets, which bind the handles to the oval pan have been designed and made to fit perfectly. As others have mentioned for a toaster/convection oven they fit just right, and that's why I wanted them. I heat/re-heat food in them, and they work great for cold snacks, as well. Just an fyi... The main product page pictures make it appear that they are round; however, they are in fact oval, and if you click on the customer images below that, you'll see better representations. They are 7" long, just a little over 5 ¼" across, and 1 ½" deep; just in case you are measuring to fit your toaster/convection oven, or otherwise. The product dimensions are not correct, and the product features depth information at the time I read this is also incorrect.

Treat yourself or a loved one to higher quality, sustainable, reusable, beautiful product, and you won't regret it, other than why didn't you do it sooner! Hope that this helps.

I love EVERY piece of All-Clad that I have but these are my latest purchase.
Being a 2 person household they are the perfect size for the toaster oven.
Made Mac & Cheese, Baked Salmon, Scalloped Potatoes, Scampi, & reheated leftovers so far & everything was wonderful. (Remember to butter or Pam the pan first)

These little guys are the perfect size for warming up leftovers in a warming drawer or the oven, among many other uses. Indispensable in my kitchen!

The All-Clad 7 inch Stainless Steel Oval Baker pans (set of 2) arrived this morning. The pans appeared to be the usual All-Clad quality in fit and finish.

However, I was shocked to see the All-Clad box identifying the pans as Made In China.

I expect the pans will function as advertised. However, the Amazon website should have identified the pans as being Made in China. The All-Clad website has a blanket statement of all products being made in the USA.

I purchased these pans for use during those times I want to prepare a small dish for just one or two, as some others have stated, concerning their use of these pans. With the quality of their construction, these little pans are likely the only ones I'll ever have need to purchase in this size and shape.

Like all All-Clad the 7-Inch Oval-Shaped Stainless-Steel Baker is a well made, durable and excellent cooking tool. These products cook evenly and thoroughly. My first attempt as to bake a piece of salmon and necause of the natural oil in the fish there was no sticking. The fish cooked evenly and tasted great. I am going to use them on News Years for hot appetizer caseroles and can't wait. I am expecting that the cooking time will be cut becasue of the heat of the stainless. I am happy with the product and extremely happy witht he shipping time. Almost a day later with free shipping.
