The product itself is great. The bottles are small, the detergent works well in my HE washer with very little sudsing, and it doesn't irritate sensitive skin. However, I found shipping to be an issue. One of the bottles was damaged and not fully closed when I received my shipment, and it leaked all over the box. The bottles themselves were not shrink-wrapped to prevent them from opening or leaking. They were packaged in a case box of nine, with some plastic pillow packaging around the case box in an exterior Amazon.com box.

Consumer Reports found that this All detergent is the only one on the market that actually kills dust mites. Even bleach won't kill those things but there's something in All that does. So, every single load of clothes that I do in this house has a capful of All in it. Especially the bedding! So, if you have allergies to dust mites like I do, be SURE to buy this stuff! It works! Plus, it does a great job of cleaning clothes and even I mix it with a capful of Tide for that extra boost. Here's something else to consider: USE THIS TO WASH ALL THOSE STUFFED ANIMALS! Gets the bugs out per Consumer Reports! Highly, highly, highly recommend!

This is a great product for the whole family. We started using it because Dreft didn't make an HE version, and we needed something dye and perfume free for the new baby. We're still using it now that our baby has eczema. The Amazon price, however, is not worth it. Each of these bottles sells for $3.97 plus tax at Wal-Mart, and you don't have to store 9 bottles of it. BTW, Downy makes a fabric softener without dyes or perfumes, also in a white bottle.

I have been using this product for over 1 year. My daughter has allergies and I was still using dreft which costs at least double what I paid for this. The product works great, no different then dreft and I enjoy the savings. I was also able to stock up during a sale and since the bottles are smaller , it is alot easier to store.
the only thing to be careful about is how much you use. After using regular detregent for years, now pouring 1/3 the amount , sometimes it is easy to forget and pour more. I'm always catching my husband pouring more then needed. If you just use thecap and remember you only need a small amount, it is fine.

tops of bottles were not tightened, so there was leakage over most of the bottles. This was not found until the second box was opened. I believe this is somthing that could have been prevented before shipping.

Clothes are clean and nobody is itching or sneezing - for a family with asthma and allergy issues caused by dyes and perfumes, that result is just what we had wanted from this product. Highly recommended.

The product is all you would want in a fragrance free detergent that washes clothes like the best of them. However, like another reviewer wrote, Amazon must figure out a way to ship these bottles standing up. The outside carton showed signs of leakage. The inside carton was mostly soaked with detergent. It took 15 minutes to clean all of the bottles off in the bathtub. A simple instruction on the shipping carton to keep one side up, would solve the problem.

This rating is purely for shipping only. None of the bottles were shrink wrapped shut and when I opened the box, the detergent had leaked everywhere. It was such a mess. The cap on every single bottle was loose. If I had waited to open the box, who knows how much detergent I would have lost!

Of all the major brands we have purchased for our Sears HE Machine, this bar far the best and non allergic. Works well and I would highly recommend it.

I love this product and have purchased it successfully from Amazon in the past, but this delivery had problems in that the bottles seem to have been thrown into a box where they were able to shift around and get squashed to the point where there was a major leak in one of the bottles and the fluid drenched the entire package contents. What a mess! I'm not sure if I will risk this again.
